With Brexit, the regulations of medical devices and cosmetics in the UK Market have different rules than those in the EU with even more complex rules for Northern Ireland.

All manufacturers wishing to market medical devices and cosmetics in the UK will be required to register on the UK portals and Manufacturers outside the UK will be required to designate a UK RESPONSIBLE PERSON (UK RP) – to register their products and act as a vigilance contact point towards the UK inspection Authorities.
